Sat 6/18/11: Murph For Mutts CrossFit Competition
Hosted by CrossFit Eternal benefitting Dog Days of Charlotte and HOUNDS4HEROES!
CrossFit Eternal is a community with a purpose. Our purpose is to better each other and the world around us through the vehicle of fitness. Just as iron sharpens iron, we sharpen one another. CrossFit Eternal is proud to host “Murph for Mutts!”, a competition with all proceeds to benefit these local charities. The workout, “Murph” is in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
